Terms of Service for Wikipedia Writing

Before contracting Wikipedia writing services with your organization, we will have an initial consultation with the client. The consultation is to determine the project scope and begin the process of drafting a proposal. After the consultation, our writing staff will determine whether the client’s article meets the criteria for Wikipedia inclusion. After the initial consultation, we will invoice the client for the Initial Consultation Fee.

FAILURE TO MEET INCLUSION CRITERIA

If the article does not meet the criteria, we will notify the client and explain the reasons why the article does not meet the standards for inclusion. If the article does not meet the criteria for inclusion, the client is still obligated to pay the Initial Consultation Fee, and no refund will be given.

NOTABILITY GUIDELINES:

In order to be included in Wikipedia, the subject matter must be considered notable by Wikipedia standards. Please review http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability) Before your initial consultation to get an understanding of the notability requirements.

SUCCESS IN MEETING INLCUSION CRITERIA

If the article does meet the standards for inclusion, then we will draft a contract for writing services. The contract will include the scope of the project, the time frame for completion, and the hourly rate for the project.

FIRST DRAFT/UPLOADING INTO WIKIPEDIA

Next, we will proceed to writing a first draft of the article. After we complete the first draft, we will send the draft to the client for review and approval. The client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request editorial changes. Once the first draft is approved by the client, the article will go to our Quality Control department. Our editor will then proceed to upload the article into the main Wikipedia site.

USING IMAGES

Wikipedia has very strict guidelines on the use of images in your Wikipedia article. If you would like to include images, you must first upload the images to a personal Flickr account. Then, provide us with the Flickr URL(s) of the images for use in Wikimedia Commons. If the images do not exist in Flickr (or some other file sharing site where a Creative Commons license is attached) we will not include photos or images in your article.

FINAL EDITS

The client will get two (2) courtesy edits after the article is uploaded into the main Wikipedia site.

Once the two final edits are completed, we will invoice the client for the contracted writing fee. After the invoice is sent, no more edits can be requested. Additional edits will require a new, separate contract to be made between Gnosis Arts and the client.

NOTIFICATION OF PREVIOUS ARTICLE ATTEMPTS

It is the client’s responsibility to notify us if the article we are about to write has already been written in and/or deleted by Wikipedia. Failure to notify us that an article was previously written and/or deleted is grounds for termination of your contract with us.

DELETION OR ABRIDGEMENT OF ARTICLE

In addition, Gnosis Arts does not guarantee that the article we write and upload into Wikipedia will not be deleted, edited or otherwise altered by the Wikipedia editorial staff. Once the article is up on Wikipedia, we will provide a 7-day grace period to the client. If the article we publish is deleted within 7 days of the date of publish, we will refund 50% of the project fee to the client. If the article is deleted or otherwise abridged or edited AFTER the seventh day of going live, no refund will be issued.

While we do our best to adhere to all Wikipedia editorial standards, we cannot be held completely liable for a subsequently deleted, abridged, edited or vandalized article. Wikipedia editors can, at any time after the publication of an article, edit, revise or abridge any article they deem fit. If you article is changed in any way after upload AFTER THE SEVEN-DAY GRACE PERIOD ENDS, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Terms of Service for Lead Generation Services

Definition of "Qualified Lead"

A qualified lead is a prospective business contact. The difference between a qualified lead and an unqualified lead is that in the former case, we have contacted the business, organization or individual and have asked what its interest level is in our client's product or service. By contrast, an unqualified lead is simply a business prospect who has not been asked about his desire for a given product or service. With a qualified lead, we have received permission from the prospect beforehand to have the client contact them about the client's product.

Disputing a Lead

With our lead generation package, we provide five (5) qualified leads for our clients. However, the client does have the option to challenge the quality, relevancy or general value of leads we deliver. With our lead generation package, a client may challenge a maximum of two (2) of the qualified leads we send to him. If a client challenges these leads, we will not count the leads towards the total 5 lead package.

After the two challenges are used, the client may not challenge any more leads. The lead challenges are capped at two for two reasons. One: it prevents our firm from being exploited or from having to provide an unreasonable amount of extra work in generating leads. Two: it protects the client from feeling the he has not received commensurate value for what he has paid for.

Refunds

If we are unable to deliver at least three (3) leads to the client within a reasonable period of time, a 50% refund will be issued to the client. However, if we deliver 3 or more leads to the client, no refund - partial or in full - will be issued.

General Terms of Use Agreement

GNOSISARTS.COM operates a service for consenting adults to meet each other online and is operated by Gnosis Arts Multimedia Communications LLC ("GNOSISARTS.COM" or "we" or "us"), a company registered in the USA.

This legal notice applies to the entire contents of this website under the domain name of www.GNOSISARTS.COM ("Website") and to any correspondence, of any form, whether by e-mail or verbally between GNOSISARTS.COM, and you.

Please make certain that you have read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. By using this Website, you are indicating that you accept and understand each of the terms of this agreement. The Terms and Conditions apply to those individuals who choose to become a member by the creation of a username and the submission of a valid email address. If you choose not to agree to the terms, please do not register.

1. Eligibility:

You must be over twenty-one years of age to register as a member of GNOSISARTS.COM. By registering for GNOSISARTS.COM you are agreeing that you have the capacity, right and authority to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a Member.

2. Registration and Subscription:

To register or create a member profile on this website is free of charge. This allows you to participate in some but not all facilities of this website. To gain full access to the services and features you must become a paying (upgraded) member. We have the right to change the subscription fee at any time but, agree to offer reasonable notice before the change takes effect. The paid membership plan that you choose will run for the fixed period that the plan specifies. It will not auto renew, but GNOSISARTS.COM reserves the right to contact you at the e-mail submitted at registration in order to advise you that renewal is required should you wish to do so. All paid subscriptions and any and all services of GNOSISARTS.COM are of an "as is basis" and are non refundable.

3. Term and Termination:

By becoming a member of GNOSISARTS.COM, you are electing to commence the service of the website with immediate effect. This waives any right, from any law, from any global location, to make use of a capability known as the cooling off period, which allows you a period of time to postpone the commencement of the service. You may terminate your membership at anytime, by means of written e-mail but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period. Either you or GNOSISARTS.COM may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, upon us receiving written notice from the other party. GNOSISARTS.COM reserves the right to refuse or terminate the membership of any individual that our editorial staff deems not up to the standards of this website based upon the discretion of the editorial staff. GNOSISARTS.COM reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the service, without notice and without refund upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which may be brought to our attention.

4. Non-Commercial Use by Members:

This website is for the personal use of its individual members and may not be used with any commercial endeavors. Profit and non profit making organizations, companies and/or businesses may not become members, and should not use this website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the website, including unauthorized framing of, or linking to the site or the sending of unsolicited commercial email will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken. This is including, and without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress and/or termination of membership at GNOSISARTS.COM's sole discretion. In order to prevent the sending of unsolicited commercial email or chat messages to its members, GNOSISARTS.COM may take reasonable steps, including the limiting of the numbers of emails or chat messages sent or received by a member and electronically filtering or terminating e-mail.

5. Proprietary Rights in Content on GNOSISARTS.COM:

GNOSISARTS.COM retains all proprietary rights in the website material, except where permission is given or that the content is in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, reproduce, sell, or re-sell any such intellectual property or proprietary information. Any failure to abide by these terms will result in the appropriate legal action being taken.

6. Content Posted on the Site:

I Any information posted on GNOSISARTS.COM's website must conform to reality and be accurate in its description and content, in both a literal and visual sense.

• II All information must be verifiable and known to one individual other than you. All information posted will be deemed as non confidential and non proprietary. We hold no obligations to such material, and are also free to copy, disclose, distribute and incorporate all text, sound and images for all global commercial and non commercial purposes. This pertains to, but not limited to all information gained from registered members through the process of the membership sign up e-mail to the company, and the public facilities and services provided on the web site.
• III GNOSISARTS.COM can and will review and or delete any material deemed as offensive, commercial, inappropriate, harmful or slanderous to this site or anyone else within profiles, photos or messages.

IV You are solely responsible and are the representative of any content you submit, post or display within our website. As a result we deem that you believe that the content is within the terms and conditions applicable to such content.

• V Any Commercial activities without prior permission are prohibited.
• VI All external laws are applicable to the conduct of members on the website.
• VII You shall not under any circumstances include in your member profile, URLs, last names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or text that is suggestive of an e-mail address, external direction, by URL, or any other means, to alternative website or destinations that contain information about you, or information available relating to the contact of you.
• VIII You may not advertise for functions, parties or engagements of a similar nature created for networking for a commercial purpose.
• IX It is a violation of our terms and conditions to harass, solicit, or harm any member based on the information that has been displayed by means of the service we provide. Under no circumstances, is it allowable to advertise or sell to any member on GNOSISARTS.COM without the prior consent of the company.
• X You will not request the service of a money slave or use the term money slave, or represent yourself as a money slave in your member name or profile. You may not state the words mistress or goddess, or promote in your profile any sexual fetish. The promotion of prostitution or solicitation thereof, in any form is strictly prohibited.
• XI You will not, within your profile, request or make any references to a maintenance agreement or any type of financial arrangement of any kind.
• XII The management of GNOSISARTS.COM reserves the right to remove any photograph that it deems to be of such superior quality (i.e. modeling shots, magazine pages, etc,) that it raises the question of that photograph not being a reasonable representation of said member. The well being and security of our membership shall be of the utmost concern and therefore, the judgment and decision of our editorial staff shall be the final word. GNOSISARTS.COM may in some instances give a member the option of adding additional photographs, that when placed with the photograph in question will convincingly validate its apparent authenticity. These additional photographs, again will be accepted solely on the judgment of the editorial staff of GNOSISARTS.COM

7. Prohibited Activities and Content:

• I You will not impersonate any company, business or person.
• II You will not make any statement or comment that implies you are being endorsed by this website or company.
• III You will not harass any members of this service in any way, and you agree not to use profane, offensive and/or vulgar language or make any unusual or offensive sexual requests when corresponding with other members of this service unless mutually agreed upon as evidenced by prior contact on GNOSISARTS.COM. Any requests for relationships other than a one on one relationship between two people is prohibited.
• IV This site is not an escort service. It is strictly forbidden to ask for compensation for the purpose of meeting.
• V You will not post any advertisements, URLs, or chain letters by the use of this service.
• VI You will not redirect members to an outside email address in your initial contact.
• VII Any attempt to advertise any other service or business will result in a suspension or cancellation of your account without notification or warning.
• VIII You will not provide material that exploits or demeans any race, group, individual, minor, or company.
• IX As we do not monitor all messages on this site, any comments made through our messaging service are the responsibility of the sender. GNOSISARTS.COM makes no claim to acknowledge their suitability or acceptance and therefore takes no responsibility for any subsequent repercussions.
• X You will not hold GNOSISARTS.COM, liable for any legal, financial, or any other claim resulting from the use of this service. GNOSISARTS.COM operates as a listing service and will not be held accountable or liable for any interaction between its members.

8. Account Security:

You are solely responsible for the content within your profile. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity within your account. You are solely responsible for the security of your user name and password. GNOSISARTS.COM will not be liable for any loss encountered as a result of unauthorized activity within your account.

9. Customer Service:

GNOSISARTS.COM provides facilities and features on the site Forums and standard e-mail contact through the contact us facilities. For each element we take no responsibility for any circumstances arising from such features, and will not be claimed upon in any way for actions resulting from their content. They should be deemed as for entertainment purposes only.

10. Copyright Policy:

Written content on GNOSISARTS.COM is copyrighted. You may not post, reproduce or distribute in any way without obtaining prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

11. Member Disputes:

You are responsible for any contact and interaction with other members of GNOSISARTS.COM and as such we can not be held liable for any issues that may arise between members.

12. Service Access:

GNOSISARTS.COM will not be held liable for any interruption in service, computer viruses, or any communication failures, and does not guarantee that service will be uninterrupted or error free.

13. Disclaimers:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GNOSISARTS.COM, and all related personnel, including its officers, employees, agents, consultants and third parties, from your use of this service. Including but not limited to, any violation of the rules contained in this agreement, or any accusation that the information which you post infringes upon the intellectual property rights (such as trade secrets, copyrights, patents, etc..) of any third party. Furthermore, this also includes such information that disparages, libels, or invades the privacy of any third party. We may alter the terms and conditions without notice at any time, and you will be deemed as acknowledging such changes by your continuation of membership.

14. Limitation on Liability.

GNOSISARTS.COM will not be liable for any legal action taken between third parties on this website. GNOSISARTS.COM is excluded from any direct or indirect loss from using the services of this site.

General Indemnity

If a claim is brought against you by any actions on this website you agree to hold harmless and defend us in any claim or action. This Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because GNOSISARTS.COM has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that GNOSISARTS.COM is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that GNOSISARTS.COM shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
